ICM worked with the MSU Foundation to complete renovations and property improvements to the foundation-owned hotel, originally built in 1996. Construction was carefully scheduled to allow the hotel to continue welcoming guests during the renovation. Improvements included replacing carpet, tile, wall coverings, paint, light fixtures, and bathroom accessories throughout the hotel. This work encompassed 66 guest rooms, the lobby, the fitness room, and guest support areas. Additionally, the electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and HVAC systems were upgraded.
ICM worked closely with the Hampton Inn and its furniture, flooring, and furnishing vendors to ensure that all room amenities were installed without disturbing guests, successfully exceeding the MSU Foundation's minimum occupancy ratio requirements throughout the construction, even during peak seasons.
Site improvements also included new parking lot surfacing and striping, as well as upgrades to the finishes of the existing swimming pool.
