Completed in August 2025, the newly constructed Upper School for Regents School was designed by McCarty Architects and marked the first phase of the school’s new campus. The project team delivered a 43,875-square-foot facility designed by McCarty Architects, featuring academic, dining, and athletic spaces.

The interior features a spacious lobby with natural daylight, a 15-classroom wing connected by an open breezeway, and student locker lounges with study areas. Athletic facilities include a multipurpose gymnasium equipped with a collegiate wood floor, retractable electronic basketball goals, volleyball configurations, and retractable bleacher seating. A dedicated athletic wing provides separate locker rooms for varsity and junior varsity boys and girls, each equipped with showers and toilet facilities, along with a fully outfitted weight room.

Site improvements included full utility infrastructure, nearly 100 dedicated parking spaces with an additional overflow lot, and comprehensive landscaping with sod, irrigation, and tree plantings.
