MSU South Campus Mechanical Plant

ICM is serving as the Construction Manager for a new 18,028-square-foot Mechanical Plant in the heart of Mississippi State’s campus. This facility will provide additional heated and chilled water capacity to its current loop while continuing the notable brick and stone design of MSU’s historical aesthetic. Given its close proximity to three other concurrent construction projects, ICM has worked closely with the university to maintain a safe project site for students and game-day operations without impeding necessary traffic or pedestrian flow.
